Job Summary:
Upsurge Unlimited Resources Inc. is hiring a Team Leader to oversee food production operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in food manufacturing, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily targets.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and manage workflow.
Train and motivate team members for improved performance.
Address and resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, production machinery, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production management systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications (optional):
Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or First Aid.
