REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course is preferred.• With 3 years supervisory Experience Handling an Implementations Team• With 3 years Project Management, initiatives, process improvement• With Experience in Systems Implementations• With Experience in creating job aids/policies• With Experience in creating job aids/policies, training materials and documents, creating and managing reports• Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.• Must possess good organization and time management skills, project management.• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.• Ability to communicate and explain complex processes and concepts.• Proven ability to provide solid customer service.• Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and SalesForce.com a plus.• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment.• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.• Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (3 Months work on site and Hybrid after 2 to 3 times in a week
