Team Lead

Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor site facility repairs, maintenance, and construction projects.Coordinate waste segregation and scrap disposal with the Finance Team.Monitor and order operating supplies (office, pantry, bathroom, cleaning, handyman supplies). Manage inventory of these supplies.Coordinate with ASLE/SM for the approval of gate passes or work permits.Check requirements for contractors' new hires before submission to the FM team for Security.Monitor job orders and completion, coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery and requests for quotations, and assist in the delivery and pull-out of furniture.Report accomplishments/KPIs for the site and conduct audits with EHS.Collect invoices from vendors for services rendered for Sales Van and relief/service pool car.Issue and monitor PPE for the team as required by the client.Monitor pest control.For major renovations, obtain the Occupancy Permit and process Generator ERC, PSALM, and Electrical Certificates.Qualifications: College graduate/College level.At least 2 years of experience in handling people.Computer literate.Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or any trade.Amenable to start immediately.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php511.00 per day
