Tcn Vdc Modeler (Mechanical/Plumbing Designer)

Virtual Design Construction Modelers with a Mechanical/Plumbing focus needed to support commercial/DOD construction projects for U.S.-based Design-Build firm. We have an in-house team of Architects and Designers who work in the U.S. and remotely from the Philippines. This position will work remotely from PHL. Work hours for this position will be (Philippines time) - 12:00noon - 10:00PM Monday -Thursday; 12:00noon - 8:00PM Friday. Pay Range will be: US$7.00 - $10.00/hour depending on experience. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) production, coordination, and management to assure a quality product that meets the requirements of the contract. Specifically, this position will focus on the development, coordination, and production of 3D models and BIM Execution Plans through collaboration with design consultants, preconstruction team, construction operations and supply chain partners. This position will be focused on the Mechanical and Plumbing Design.
