Job Description:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Excellent in organizational and time-management skills

Know how to deal with confidential and sensitive matters

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Team player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure and minimum supervision.

Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Highly motivated self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer services skills

Must have experience in working for compliance with various government

agencies like SEC, LGU, BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, PEZA, etc.Full time position

Willing to work in Mandaue City

Job Responsibilities

Understand the client's business and industry to sufficiently plan and perform the engagement

Know the accounting principle and standards and taxation and relevant laws applicable to the client's business and industry

Make effective use of job-related tools such as accounting software, MS office, etc.

Execute existing work program including but not limited to the summarization/journalization of accounting transactions, preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports and analysis, preparation and filing of tax returns and other reports to government agencies

Review documentary requirements for submission to various government agencies and monitor status of tax and corporate engagements

Communicate fieldwork-related issues, problems and difficulties and suggest possible courses of actions

Ensure that deliverables are provided to clients on time
