Tax Assistant Manager & Manager

Qualifications
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant(CPA)
• 4 to 7 years of experience in tax practice – tax advisory and some tax advocacy work
• With experience in people management preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• building and applying a thorough understanding of domestic tax concepts, legislation, and regulations
• preparing accurate tax analyses and computations
• using research tools and technology efficiently
• identifying tax planning opportunities, complying with confidentiality policies
• staying up-to-date on technical knowledge
• discussing key tax issues with clients and authorities,
• applying changing tax laws to client engagements
• assessing and reviewing the work of junior staff
• preparing well-reasoned tax analyses
