What does it mean to be the Talent Specialist? You will join as a crucial member of our Hiring team, serving as the expert in all recruiting systems, tools, and procedures while providing essential training and support during onboarding. Maintain accurate and updated internal hiring data within our systems, playing a pivotal role in ensuring data precision. Lead improvements in our ATS, Greenhouse, while optimizing recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency. Manage internal projects to strengthen our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. Proactively spot and resolve discrepancies in hiring plans, requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to uphold data accuracy and operational excellence. Collaborate with the Finance and People teams to optimize recruiting processes using available systems. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations within a fast-growing company. Proficiency in Greenhouse as a Site Admin, skilled in user permissions, approvals, and generating custom reports using internal TA tools. Proficient in Gsuite: pivot tables, data validation, conditional statements, and formatting. Strong familiarity in writing SQL queries. In-depth knowledge of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics. Proven expertise in project management, capable of analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for enhancement. Working Times: US (EDT or PDT)
Compensation & Benefits Up to $16,000 DOE - per annum.
