We are looking for an experienced team leader. You will be responsible for proactively leading and empowering teams to achieve their best everyday.
This is a mid-senior role that reports to the CEO to design, develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage and develop team members to build a high performance culture.
Roles and Responsibilities Provide specialist advice, guidance and support to Associates on a day-to-day basis; Develop close-loop feedback channels between Associates and their clients, ensuring that communication is fluid and there is a constant cycle of feedback; Provide guidance and support to deliver individual employee relations outcomes including disciplinary matters and investigations; Oversee and contribute to building partnerships within their team; Develop and deliver customized training and development programs; Creating a strategy to drive employee experience, increasing engagement and performance; Developing initiatives to promote employee well-being in a high-pressure environment; Measure and understand key drivers of engagement and cultivate a feeling of company pride for team members; Develop and refine HR processes and policies in alignment with the strategic business direction and embed the operating model; Be in tune with the latest market-driven innovations within HR and technology and look to continually streamline our client's HR systems and processes; Execute and implement HR processes including annual performance and rewards review, succession planning and talent identification and development. More than 10+ years of work experience relevant to the role including effective management of multi-disciplinary teams; Proven track record in positively designing and implementing change management process in complex and sensitive environment; Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and negotiations that required high level communication and planning to achieve successful outcomes. Sound knowledge and practical application of Philippine Labour Law and other statutory requirements relevant to the position; Strong management and influencing skills with high level report writing and administrative skills; Excellent interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff, and influence culture; Ability to work well in an intense, fast-moving and rapidly growing environment, meticulous and detail-oriented.
