Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead will oversee and drive the talent acquisition process to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment best practices.Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.Conduct interviews, assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.Maintain a database of qualified candidates and manage relationships with passive candidates.Analyze recruitment metrics, assess performance, and report on hiring trends and process improvements.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote a positive employer brand.Stay updated on trends, market insights, and innovative recruitment techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Team Lead.Strong experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.Knowledge of labor laws and employment equity best practices.
