Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations Oversee and manage employer-employee relationshipsHandle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policyCompile and update employee recordsAssist in payroll preparationsMonitor admin related activitiesMonitor and control of cost with office supplies and othersSSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund company coordinatorImplement and monitor the policies executionVISA and AEP processing for Foreign Nationals
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalentWell organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screeningsUnderstanding and executing employment laws and regulationsExperience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing. Salary Range – will discuss this during the interviewWork Location - Laguna Technopark Annex Binan LagunaWork Schedule - 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays
