Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections, to identify and attract top-tier managerial candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of high-caliber individuals.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sourcing and placing managerial-level candidates.Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software.
