You are proactive and will own the relationship with the hiring manager and be invested in the candidate experience and the hiring results.
What this role is: In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring teams to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role using data and analytics. Identify, source, and attract hard to find passive talent using various tools such as AI sourcing (Findem), social media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques. Identifies and engages with high-potential candidates through targeted sourcing strategies. Creates targeted recruiting and talent engagement campaigns via Findem specifically tailored to nurture pipeline talent and maintain their interest in the company. Tracks results of outreach efforts to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine communication strategies for optimal candidate engagement. Driving all aspects of the recruiting life cycle, becoming an expert within a talent segment that sees engagement and results. Ensuring our HR system (Workday) is up-to-date, while actively demonstrating a strong attention to detail throughout the recruiting process. Conducting sourcing strategy calls with Hiring Managers and providing talent insights to ensure clarity on the search criteria. Working closely with hiring teams and run a strong and smooth process working within our SLA and KPI's. Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the established recruitment process. Participation in the relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support the Company Brand and growth plan. Collaborates with stakeholders and provide information on the market trends. Compliant to GDPR regulations. What you'll need to excel in this role: Experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process while ensuring our system of record (Workday) is current and aligned to our Service Level Agreement. Be a champion for Diversity! Drive DE&I initiatives and help educate managers on the Genesys diversity charter, and the value of diverse candidate slates. Competent sourcing skills with the capability to find passive talent within specific talent segments for both technical and non-technical roles. Experience partnering with business leaders and HR in a highly competitive candidate market. Ability to think creatively and share ideas to drive innovation, and experience leading projects to enhance the TA process. Strong business acumen with high level written and verbal communication. Experience and passion for working in a digital SaaS organization. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role. Growth mindset, open-minded, proactive, experience effectively working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. 3+ years of direct search experience.
