Talent Acquisition- Lead Recruitment

Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead who work closely with our recruiters to manage
sourcing, interviewing and employment processes along with hiring for leadership roles and ensure we
hire qualified employees to meet our organizations current and future needs.
This role will be reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition and will work closely with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources will be preferred
? Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruiting Supervisor or similar
role with high volume (BPO preferred)
? Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, and HR Databases
? Experience with sourcing techniques
? Understanding of BFSI industry and hands-on experience in data analysis
? Solid verbal and written communication skills
? Understanding of hiring in the BFSI industry
? Advanced excel and presentation making skills
? Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
? Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
? Excellent verbal and written communication, team management skills and strong decision making ski
