Hr Specialist (Recruitment & Employee Relations)

• Responsible for providing a human resource generalist function.
• Consult with executive on decisions related to HR which impacts the company.
• Bridge with management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• Ensure legal compliance though out human resource management

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's Degree
• With experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations

SALARY RANGE:
18,000-25,000
