Ta Sourcing Specialist

**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:**WHAT WILL YOU DO*****:- Build strong and impactful partnerships with all sourcing channel organizations, institutions, and vendors showcasing Boldr culture and TA branding.- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks- Promote our employer brand online and offline- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities- Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruitment events**Requirements**:- 1+ years of sourcing experience- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate or any equivalent certification.- Preferably with experience in outsourcing, staffing, start-up, or tech company.- A great communicator in both written and verbal mediums- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only skills fit but a culture fit as well.- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.- The willingness and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
