JOB DETAILS
-At least 1 to 2 years' experience as a Sushi Chief
-Experience in Food/Manufacturing Industry
- Creating a rich suchi menu with various main engredients and raw fish (Salmon, tuna, unigi)
- Preparing all types of Sushi including Maki, Naigiri, and Sashimi
- Selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high quality dishes
