### Job Description

Insider is seeking a passionate and motivated Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As a part-time Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and fostering client relationships, all while thriving in an environment that encourages curiosity and innovation.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support**: Provide outstanding support to clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- **Problem Resolution**: Utilize your emotional intelligence and decision-making skills to diagnose problems accurately and provide solutions promptly. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.

- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, contributing to future reference and team knowledge sharing.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to relay customer feedback and inform product development based on client needs.

- **Training and Support**: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by providing tutorial sessions and creating easy-to-follow documentation and guides that help users understand our products and services.

- **Feedback and Reporting**: Gather insights on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics to inform management.

- **Continuous Learning**: Engage in ongoing training opportunities to stay updated on product features, industry trends, and best practices to improve service delivery.

### Requirements

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field is required. Experience in a tech-related environment is preferred.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing software; comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
