1Export is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Hardworking and energetic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
