### Job Description

Smart Communications is seeking a driven and passionate Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Manila. As a part-time Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients, contributing to the ongoing success of the company. ### Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely resolution to issues.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution process.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about Smart Communications' products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Documentation:** Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our internal system to assist with data tracking and reporting.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather customer feedback on products and services, and communicate insights to the team for potential improvements.
- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough research as required to resolve complex customer inquiries and support new initiatives effectively.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any arising issues.
- **Creativity:** Utilize creativity to propose innovative solutions for common customer challenges and support process improvements within the support team.
- **Ad hoc Duties:** Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned to help maintain a positive and productive team environment.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required, but enthusiasm for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.

- **Soft Skills:**
