5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer

Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Troubleshooting of both phone and ticketing system

Must be proactive, self-motivated, and attentive to details

Quickly and effectively solves issues with a high level of professionalism and discretion

Ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that make an impact

Highly proficient in the products supported

Experienced with Atlassian Jira/Confluence a plus
