Job Description:

Bench is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our clients and customers in a virtual setting. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
