**Job Description:**
Advance is seeking a passionate and resilient Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Support:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, and chat).
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
2. **Operational Assistance:**
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of team activities.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency.
3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to help inform decision-making.
4. **Training and Development:**
- Contribute to the training and onboarding of new employees and team members.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior staff and interns.
5. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with different departments to align support initiatives with overall business goals.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, propose improvements, and share insights.
6. **Problem-Solving:**
- Employ critical thinking skills to identify root causes of recurring issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Make informed, data-driven decisions to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role, preferably in a customer service or administrative capacity.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
