### **Responsibilities**

- **Guest Assistance**: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
- **Operational Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address guest complaints or issues with a resourceful approach, escalating to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Document Management**: Assist with the organization and maintenance of hotel records, including guest information, reservations, and event bookings.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of hotel events, ensuring that all logistical details are managed and executed effectively.
- **Health and Wellness Initiatives**: Actively participate in employee well-being programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to foster a cooperative environment that enhances overall guest experience.

### **Requirements**

- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

- **Soft Skills**:

- **Availability**: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
