Job Description:
SariSuki is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
- Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
