Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the company employs over 8,000 people worldwide.Meet the team:You will be the primary point of contact for the Supplier Information Management (SIM) process.You will be responsible supporting end users and suppliers on the supplier onboarding process and collaborate with the global process owners on future improvements.Directly responsible for managing buyers supporting US and Canada and act as backup support for indirect procurement purchasing support team as needed.Maintain the travel shared email inbox by resolving inquiries and requests by working with Accounting, Procurement, and IT.Responsible for hiring, performance management, career development, coaching and compensation decisions.Supervise and support resolving invoices and payments issues by liaising with buyers, AP requests and suppliers.Work procurement operations manager on assigned projects.Provides direction to others according to established process, policies, and management guidance.Provide insight on enforcement and tracking processes for policies, develop skills of buyers, manage feedback and issue resolutions on implement of projects.Develops, communicates and enforces company policies and procedures for purchasing.?What makes you successful:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
