Supervisor – Business Analyst and Development TeamAs the supervisor of the Business Analyst and Development Team based in Dumaguete, the position will be responsible for handling the team's tasks and assignments and ensuring employees are appropriately performing assigned tasks. A key element of this role is to oversee the efficient, effective performance of job duties. Success in this role is measured by keeping output quality and costs within acceptable levels.
Provides and coordinates training programs/knowledge transfer program to the team and continues to mentor or coach as needed. Ensures that the team performs within the set guidelines. Should be able to monitor team performance and individual KPIs. The Business Analyst Manager should be able to decide on what is best for the company, whether it may be cost or length of resolution.
As the most senior position in the Dumaguete office, shall act as the office administrator and ensure that the Dumaguete office operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
TasksBusiness Analyst Team Manages the performance of the duties and responsibilities of Level 1 and Level 2 Business Analysts assigned in the Dumaguete Office.Ensures that the Business Analyst team performs the needed support for escalations for BA related issues assigned to the team. Ensure that all necessary investigations, root cause analysis, and rectification of within-project and within-application (base) functionalities and approved terms are conducted. The applications supported shall only be OSIsoft PI System products and some agreed upon Calibr8 Systems Applications.Responsible for the deployment of the appropriate resources on remote access and/or Vismin located projects involving basic PI AF and PI Vision implementations.Development Team Manages the performance of the duties and responsibilities of Developers assigned in the Dumaguete Office.Ensures that all App Development activities (Testing, Quality Assurance, Code repository and documentation, app enhancement) are performed within the product development cycle.Responsible for the deployment of the appropriate developer resources on remote access and/or Vismin located projects tasks that involve the enhancement of or integration to existing calibr8 partner or developed products provided by the client.Office Administrator Coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Manages correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) received both from clients and government agencies.Ensures that the office is presentable, clean, and safe to work in.RequirementsPersonal Attributes & Core Values Honors commitments to internal and external customers.Works and thinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
