Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home. Our Business Development team focuses on acquiring clients using telesales operations.
\n You are great at:Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry. Assisting the Business Development department in developing and championing new business processes, projects and products of Lamudi Building and expanding client databaseSupporting the on-boarding of partners and clients and help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising. What it takes:Minimal of 1 year relevant experience in sales or telesalesExcellent communication in both written and verbalGreat with building and maintaining client relationshipsVery strong sales & negotiation skillsAbility to work well in a high energy teamWell organized & structured working styleGreat Team PlayerFluency in spoken & written English
