Subject Matter Expert, Retention - Davao (Active pooling)The position is responsible for supervising the performance and development of trainees and specific agent groups for improvement. This role comes with permanent responsibilities and task lists, assumed by the selected individual. Selected individuals may belong to Top to Middle Tier operational employees, Floor Support, Performance Coach, among other positions.
Employees in this position will assume full responsibilities of the job grade. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) ensures constant monitoring of agent performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses in call handling, and developing agents to achieve the goals and objectives of the program as per the KPIs and/or metrics set by the client and the company. The employee is expected to contribute to the overall effort of the team (i.e., Operations) by improving the overall performance scores of the employees and/or agent groups they are handling.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year work experience for SME Inbound Sales
