Trade Operation Specialist

As the Trade Operations Specialist for Modern Trade Account, you will be vital in ensuring flawless execution of our products at the store level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our shoppers will be able to see, touch, and experience the product through excellent display, complete must-carry assortment, and correct plan-o-gram

This role also requires a consistent level of personal accountability and a great desire to meet the goals. Every correction execution will yield to sales.

TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Product Availability and Distribution

Ensure 100% availability of Must Carry SKUs approved at the Customer HO level to the branch level.
Monitor distribution in listed stores and ensure delivery arrival, especially for customers with centralized distribution centers.
Check and monitor stock weights and influence the branch to generate orders or stock transfers.
Check the store warehouse for available stocks and display them in the selling area.

2. Excellence in Retail Execution

Champion in implementing and maintaining the Retail Execution Standards or Picture of Success (PicOS). Ensure compliance on Display Location, Plan-o-Gram, Tactical Display Units, and Promotions.
Closely coordinate with 3rd party merchandising agency to address execution and availability gaps at the outlet level
Regularly visits and monitor top customer branches and ensures 100% compliance to set retail standards or picture of success

3. Commercial Operations

Must adhere to the standard Sales Operations Process like Monthly Call Plan, Daily Activity Report, and other reports.
Align route plan to assigned Provincial Distributors to maximize the trips per day.
Influence extension of Display Modules at store level especially for outlets with small home aisle space.
Protect and maintain assigned tools of trade.


Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
With at least 1 year experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably from the FMCG or Retail industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables.
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
