Store Shift Supervisor

Team Leadership:

Supervise and support team members during the shift to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Act as the point of contact for staff concerns or questions during the shift.
Train, coach, and motivate employees to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure proper cash handling and secure transactions.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed.

Customer Service:
