Gaisano Brothers Merchandising, Inc. a household name in the retail industry operating for 53 years with branches in Colon, Country Mall and in some provinces of Cebu is in need of:
STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Primarily responsible for every aspect of store operations pertaining to the assigned branch.
Sets sales targets of the store and regularly tracks sales vs. targets, plans selling activities and motivates team to meet targets
Directs all operational aspects of each assigned store to drive sales while minimizing the costs;
Reviews financial performance by conducting a monthly review and identifies solutions to address business needs; ensures that operating expense is effectively controlled
Ensures the maintenance of store appearance by walking the floors daily to check on selling pads, display standards and to evaluate selling staff's service behavior
Ensures 100% compliance of all store personnel to customer service standards
Maintains and increases standard of customer service by providing store guidelinesEnsures sales promotions are accurate and in accordance with the company standards;
Ensures proper documentation, safekeeping and maintains availability of stocks.
Supervises cyclical counts and annual inventories
Maintains & monitors shelf service level, aging items and ensures that merchandise display standards are followed
Prepares monthly sales reports, stocks analysis, ERP related reports and requirements
Conducts periodic performance evaluation of team members
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
With more than 2 years related work experience
Specialized knowledge or excessive experience in the retail industry
With strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in people management, ability to mobilize teams to achieve targets
