Assistant Property Manager

Job Description:
*Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including tenant
relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
*Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional
and courteous manner.
*Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements,
safety regulations, and property standards.
*Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, liaising with
contractors, vendors, and property owners to ensure timely completion and
quality workmanship.
*Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to
property management activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests,
and lease agreements.
*Assist with financial management tasks, such as rent collection, budgeting, and
expense tracking.
*Support the implementation of property management policies, procedures, and
best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
*Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company
objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.

Job Requirements: With experience in real estate property management (US, US, AU)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience with property management software (e.g., PropertyTree, Property Me, RP Data) is a plusAustralian experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteReliable internet connection and home office setupCan Start ASAP
