Job Title: Store and Administrative Branch Manager
Job Summary: The Store and Administrative Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing both the retail operations and administrative functions of the branch. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining efficient operational processes, and handling administrative (facility management, compliance, safety and security) tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of retail and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Retail Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.Sales and Inventory: Monitor sales performance and manage inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize shrinkage.Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, compliance with company policies, and reporting.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues promptly.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.People Management: Manage team dynamics and performance.Events Management: Plan and oversee events as necessary.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on administrative functions.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Work Environment: This role involves working in a retail setting, which may require standing for extended periods and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
