QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business course.Must have 4-5 years of experience is required for this position.With solid experience in Store operations specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalentWith strong supervisory and leadership qualitiesMust be customer service oriented and with a positive dispositionPerform job with a pleasing personalityMust have strong inventory management skills.Willing to be assigned or transferred in other branches if needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage branch efficiently according to the company's vision, mission and core values;Ensures that Store meets or surpasses the sales target;Handles customers concerns in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service;Addresses customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily while at the same time protecting the company image;Honest documentation of customer feedback;Ensures that policies and standards are strictly implemented;Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the selling;Ensures regular and timely submission of sales reports;Monitor branch personnel and conducts Performance Appraisals/Evaluation;Attends company meetings/ office day meeting;Performs other functions as instructed by management.
