**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Our **Store Manager** is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store both health & beauty.
She/He orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards both in-store execution & all digital enabled services to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
She/He is also responsible for the consistent compliance to Retail Operating Standards (ROS) and government regulations.
**This role focuses on**:
- Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver sales budget and store profitability
- Performing necessary functions for all digitally enabled services
- Ensuring consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external)
- Managing ROS compliance (till and inventory management) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level
- Monitoring of store's controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability
- Adhering to health protocols and implementing crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers safe and clean store environment
- Building network as liaison to Branch and Mall partners for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.
- Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees

- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, propose solutions & track progress to improve sales & profitability
- Agility to all online + offline initiatives and can provide insights on its developments
- Ability to monitor and evaluate implementation of service delivery standards
- both online & offline
- Ability to handle and resolve online & offline customer feedback with sense of urgency and knows how to escalate complex customer complaints
- Ability to analyze store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivity
- Ability to validate gaps, monitor compliance, & can coach on retail operating standards to work towards improving efficiency
- Ability to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners and affiliates
- Ability to delegate tasks, coach selling techniques and engage team to maximize productivity & sustain team motivation.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned at **WATSONS Butuan City.

**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
