ROLE PURPOSE: Our Store Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store both health & beauty. She/He orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards both in-store execution & all digital enabled services to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets. She/He is also responsible for the consistent compliance to Retail Operating Standards (ROS) and government regulations.
This role focuses on: · Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver sales budget and store profitability
· Performing necessary functions for all digitally enabled services
· Ensuring consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external)
· Managing ROS compliance (till and inventory management) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level
· Monitoring of store's controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability
· Adhering to health protocols and implementing crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers safe and clean store environment
· Building network as liaison to Branch and Mall partners for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.
· Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees
Success will depend on · Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, propose solutions & track progress to improve sales & profitability
· Agility to all online + offline initiatives and can provide insights on its developments
· Ability to monitor and evaluate implementation of service delivery standards– both online & offline
· Ability to handle and resolve online & offline customer feedback with sense of urgency and knows how to escalate complex customer complaints
· Ability to analyze store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivity
· Ability to validate gaps, monitor compliance, & can coach on retail operating standards to work towards improving efficiency
· Ability to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners and affiliates
· Ability to delegate tasks, coach selling techniques and engage team to maximize productivity & sustain team motivation.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR: · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): leadership, management, retail, customer service and relationship management, cashiering, Sales.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Applicants must be willing to be assigned at WATSONS Butuan City. · Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
