Staff Engineer Product Engineering

In your new role you will:Take on product responsibility after completion of development and Strive for best in class costs for GaN products.
Drive and lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary product Yield improvements, Product Yield RM and productivity improvements.
Provide the needed support for operation to dispose LoH Support development Teams with the needed Data .Understand and implement the manufacturing strategy incl.
transfers and ensure manufacturing capability and capacity from development to volume production.Analyses product costs structure and identify cost down measures within the entire supply chain, through yield, test cost, … and Team up with a large team to implement the measure.
Support customer requests for Data as well as customer returns (Characterization, Data reports, MPE,…).
