Powered by technology, we seamlessly connect people, vehicles, freights and roads, moving things that matter and bringing benefits to local communities in 11 markets across Asia and Latin America.The Senior Sales Executive is primarily responsible for promoting and selling Lalamove's products and services to businesses focused on Outbound 2w/4W business. What you'll do: Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts. Assist to develop new business opportunities: Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients. Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers. Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund. Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership. Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports.
