Banquet Sales Coordinator

The Banquet Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing accounts on social events as well as responsible for coordinating the requirements of signed banquets / contracts for execution of the operating departments.
Responsible for the dissemination of groups related information to other departmentsMaintains close coordination with respective departments on organizers requirements and last minute event requirements.Coordinates the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all timeMaintains close communication with concerned Sales Manager during the process.  Responsible for sending out Event Satisfaction Survey with Thank You Letter at the end of each eventHandles photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos, Banquet Event Orders, Letters of Agreement, Group Information Sheet (GIS), etc. to concerned departments.Performs other duties and functions which may be assigned by the immediate superiorsQualifications
Good understanding of local languagesBachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related courseWith 2 years experience in Hotel industryCan start immediately Amenable to work onsite everyday
