QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Environmental Science or related field
Experience: At least 15 years' experience in Forestry related work.
Requirement:
Strong experience in managing plantations in various location.
Proven track-record in managing multiple plantations.
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal, Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development of the plantations; extensions and replanting. Organizing, Budget and cost control. Fully responsible of the overall operation of the company's plantations.
5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Assuming leadership responsibility in ensuring infrastructure and supporting units are well equipped.
5.2 Providing leadership and strategic guidance to all Forestry aspects (Development, Harvesting and Maintenance).
5.3 Actively involved in the ground operations.
5.4 Involve in planning and execution of the company's plan.
5.5 Overseas the daily operations of the plantation – be responsible for the human capital development, asset utilization and preservation and operational performance.
5.6 Inspecting the plantations and prepare submission written reports after each visit detailing the plantations and conditions of all aspects together with necessary recommendations.
5.7 Provide recommendations on all forestry aspects of the development and operations of the plantation conformance to best developed practices.
5.8 Ensure all plantations are within the framework of Environment policies and responsibilities.
5.9 Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner.
5.10 Build relationship with key stakeholders and also local government and community around the plantations.
5.11 Any other duties delegated by the Sr. Development Manager.
