Job Responsibilities: End to end recruitmentTraining & DevelopmentPerformance ManagementReward ManagementPrepare employees' payrollEmployee Benefits & Welfare - leave management, employee medical benefits, employee Insurance, social & recreational activities, employees' accommodation matters including workers' quartersTermination of EmploymentLabor Law ComplianceFormulate and establish HR policies and ensure their effective implementation, with approval from DirectorsMaintain digital and electronic records of employees (201 files) and company filesOffice AdministrationProcurement of office assets such as equipment, computer and its peripherals, stationaries, pantry itemsEnsure office is maintained and serviced regularly by vendors i.e. air con, water dispenser, copiers, building managementProvide administrative support to other departments to ensure efficient operation; handles requests and queries appropriatelyPrepare statutory report and remittances such as SSS, PHIC, BIR & HDMFLiaise with Corporate Secretary and coordinate with lawyer for all legal concernsSite Administration for all project sites and warehouse - procurement of site-required items such as PPEVehicle ManagementAssist in the ISO preparation, registration and maintenance of yearly auditsLogistic Support – assist in handling and coordinating international shipments of materials and equipment, including coordination with local forwarders, particularly in checking documents for payment processing with the Accounting departmentQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related coursesAt least 5 years experience in different facets of HR and Office Administration; with at least 2 years experience in a Supervisory, mid-level roleWith experience working in the construction industryMust be willing to work onsite in Makati
