As a Shared Service Specialist, you will join our Procurement department and work with different teams and global process owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.In your new role you will:Supports the phase-in of suppliers onto our eProcurement applications eg: Supplier Lifecycle management (SLM) tool, SAP solution and follow up with suppliers to ensure that they are taking ownership of their network accounts and ultimately able to transact with Infineon.Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the Supplier Master Data Maintenance processesWork on automation, benchmarking and data analysis but also support and execute operational tasks eg: Create and maintain Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP systemMaintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Order process handled in SLM tool to SAP solutionAdvice and troubleshoot supplier related issues and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliersConduct training session, stakeholder communication on new guidelines and processes from Business Process Owner. Create, monitor and follow upon KPI reports for all countries served.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or equivalent field of studiesFresh entry (experience in Procurement/IT environment will be an added advantage)1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not requiredGood knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Macro), PowerPoint, and Outlook, supplier lifecycle management solution and SAP S/4 is preferredExperience with data analysis and processes and an end-to-end viewInterest in process automationChange management skills and analytical thinkingProactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all timesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholdersFluency in English (mandatory).
