Oversees the DC operations - Inbound, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics, operated by a third-party service provider, by ensuring that the DC's service level KPIs to our Darkstores, suppliers, truckers and other stakeholders are met while minimizing distribution cost. Plans and institutes improvements to ensure that DC can cope with transitions and changing demands from all stakeholders. Be the first point of contact between foodpanda and the outsourced 3PL logistics partner for day-to-day operations Liaise with planners in ensuring supply chain fulfillment from our suppliers to our Distribution Centre (Inbound), making sure to have the best trade-off between Availability/Inventory-Cost Liaise with planners in ensuring the supply fulfillment from our Distribution Centre to our Darkstores (Outbound), making sure to have the highest availability with the lowest days-of-stock as possible Support and lead the performance meetings with foodpanda and 3PL logistic partner to ensure the commitment and actions plans to achieve all agreed-upon KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time reporting, delivery in time and in full, shrinkage targets Qualifications At least 4-5 year of experience in warehousing management (including DC). Advanced excel is a must. Preferably with experience in warehouse management systems, database management Familiarity with using Google Workspace is preferred but not required SQL, Python or R is a plus.
