Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is looking for a talented individual that could steward the corporate partnerships managed through Habitat HQ and other area offices, as well as corporate partnerships directly engaged by the Asia-Pacific (AP) regional area office. This position will report to the Associate Director for Corporate Partnerships, and will collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as AP Operations, AP Communications, AP Finance and Habitat country offices. This position helps ensure healthy and active corporate partnerships for adequate and sustainable funding of Habitat's various programs in the Asia-Pacific region.

This position will be based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. The work arrangement for this position is hybrid, and flex-time schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support corporate partnerships managed out of HFHI HQ and other regional offices. This includes coordination and collaboration with AP country offices and other AP departments to ensure that appropriate protocols are observed in communicating funding opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating partnership terms, finalizing and adhering to donor agreements, and reporting project impact.Steward corporate partnerships managed directly by the AP Area Office, which involves effective management of the full donor cycle – from donor engagement and proposal development to donor reporting and reengagement.Coordinate and liaise with AP Communications and AP Operations and key stakeholders to build strong corporate partnerships across Asia Pacific.Serve as AP Resource Development Lead for all Low-income Countries in AP (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Fiji, Nepal, and Vietnam). Preserve donor knowledge by documenting donor interactions through the International Knowledge Centre (IKC) and other donor tracking tools. To be an HFH employee, you have a responsibility to learn significant awareness on safeguarding in order to recognize and be alert for the signs of potential safeguarding misconduct, and to make a timely report about any incident related to it.
