The Role: Spanish Trainer - Technical Product and Process Overview: The primary responsibility of a Spanish Trainer - Technical Product & Process is to provide basic process and product training to the newly hired Technical Support Engineers using bilingual English and Spanish languages. This will help in mentoring and training newly hired technical support staff. What will you do? Learning materials development: This includes creation and/or improvement of the training materials, exams and anything related to learning effectiveness. This will improve the learning experience of the and technical competencies of the employees. Capability building: will be responsible for the development and maintaining the Technical Competency and Skills Matrix. This will be critical that will help in collaborating with respective teams in building the capabilities of the employees. Documentation: will be responsible for recording the training sessions completed in the learning management system and would be able to provide reports related to training from the learning management system. Customer communication: will be responsible for communicating or rolling out to the technical group for any basic changes. Basic cross-skilling and upskilling training: will be responsible for providing the cross-skilling and upskilling for the Technical Group as part of their development, sustainable business continuity, and growth opportunities. · Establish a sound relationship with Stake Holders for a strengthen the support system and efficiency drive · Support on strategy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. · Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods/processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line.
