Assistant Training Manager

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Quest Plus and Mimosa Plus Golf and under the direct supervision of the General Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance in HR Management and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and departmental goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating, and maintaining a competent workforce.
