Spanish Bilingual

Experience:
- Minimum of Senior High School Graduate
- With 6 months call center experience.
- Fluent in Spanish Language

Requirements:
- Good to excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and operation
- Ability to analyze and solve customer's concern
- Ability to maintain he highest level of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt in a flexible schedule
- Healthcare background is a good to have, but not must have.
