Accounting Staff

Tax Preparation and Compliance:
Assist with the preparation of tax filings (e.g., VAT, income tax) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
Enter financial data into accounting software and systems.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts by providing accurate financial data and insights.
General Accounting Support:
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Help in preparing for audits and support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant legal standards.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not required.
Experience:

At least (1-2) years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel) is essential.
Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills for dealing with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
