This role involves market mapping, engaging, ATS data development, recruitment admin and sourcing candidates for various positions within our organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Identification - Proactively identify and headhunt potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards. Generate large pools of capable candidates that are ready to be interviewed for our programs.
Compliance and Documentation - Understand the legal and regulatory requirements for hiring in the UK and ensure candidates are eligible for our roles. Maintain accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information for easy access.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment tests, and handling other recruitment-related tasks.
Data Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
KPIs - You will be working in a KPI driven environment and will be required to adhere to the goals that are set.
Our Recruiter must be:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.
Experienced with Boolean Search and Sales Navigator
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is advantageous.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and candidate sourcing challenges.
High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate data and records.
