Job Summary: The Sourcing Associate plays a key role in the talent acquisition team by identifying and engaging passive candidates, developing talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process for various roles. This position requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, research, and outreach to ensure the organization has access to the best talent. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the hiring process through direct communication (emails, calls, messages).Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles or high-priority positions.Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications to match them with job requirements.Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database.Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and build a network of potential candidates.Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and talent networking events.Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline health. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or BPO setting.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and improve. Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.Familiarity with candidate sourcing in specific industries (BPO, IT, finance, etc.).
